Travel Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are accepted by phone or from our website. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable non-refundable deposit. If you are making a booking for anyone other than yourself whether you are travelling with them or not; you will be considered the primary contact on the booking and representative for the other travelers. You agree that you are responsible for making all payments due for the booking; providing all required traveler information; and keeping all travelers informed of all information related to the reservation.
RATES:
Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available. For current prices, please see our website. Rates include taxes and fees; unless specified. Certain taxes/fees are to be paid upon arriving or exiting the country; see tour itinerary for details. Rates
are guaranteed at time of deposit. Rates do not include Airline Baggage Fees and Departure Taxes; Gratuities; Optional Activities.
PAYMENTS:
A $30.00 booking fee per reservation.
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. (Deposit amounts differ based on destination). Final payment is due 90-45 days prior to departure (based on destination). Payments may be made by charging client’s MC, Visa, American Express & Discover; PayPal (Paypal.Me/williams984); Zelle to 954-945-1380;
Electronic checks, or by sending check or money order.
