Travel Terms and Conditions

RATES:

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available. For current prices, please see our website. Rates include taxes and fees; unless specified. Certain taxes/fees are to be paid upon exiting the country in local currency; see tour itinerary for details. Rates are guaranteed at time of deposit. Rates do not include Airline Baggage Fees and Departure Taxes.

PAYMENTS:

A 50% or $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. (Deposit amounts differ based on destination). Final payment is due 90-60 days prior to departure (based on destination). Payments may be made by charging client’s MC, Visa, American Express, Discover & Pay-pal (Paypal.Me/williams984) , Electronic checks, or by sending check or money order.

CANCELLATION:

A fee of $30.00 per transaction will be assessed for any changes or revision made to a reservation. A change of departure date will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. Cancel more than 60-days prior to departure and the non-refundable deposit will be retained. Cancel within 60-days of departure and 50% of package price will be retained. Cancel day of departure or after and 100% of package price will be retained.   

Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services where you, the customer, is not at fault and have not cancelled in violation of the terms and conditions above, you will be refunded 100%. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Please Inquire.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TOUR CONDITIONS:

Any person reserving or purchasing an Ajala Tour product accepts the condition that The Ajala Group, LLC, reserves the exclusive right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour components whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer alternate dates and/or programs. 

Published times on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other conditions beyond The Ajala Group’s control that prevents us from operating as scheduled. The Ajala Group, LLC expressly disclaims any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations or delays on any itinerary on any Ajala Group Tour.

All rates published are per person as indicated and are based on double occupancy when only one rate is shown. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of a request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum deposit. 

The Ajala Group, LLC does not accept liability in the case of any passenger being denied boarding by any airline carrier due to the airline carrier over-booking of a flight. 

GENERAL DISCLAIMER:

Neither The Ajala Group, LLC, its affiliated entities and its and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns, own or operate any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for these trips. The Ajala Group, LLC does not maintain control or operate personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers it uses and as such, The Ajala Group, LLC Agreement will be adjucated exclusively in the State or Federal courts in the State of Florida; and any and all litigation must be brought only in and for Courts in the State of Florida to the exclusion of litigation anywhere else in the world.

Arbitration: I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the brochure, or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Florida. Such proceedings will be governed by and in accordance with substantive Florida State law. The arbitrator and not any federal, state or local court or agency shall have the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Passport must be valid at least 6-months pre-travel. Please review the State Department’s website for passport/visa requirements and important announcements before travelling to your destination. Or ask your Ajala Group specialist.
